How to use the forum

To write on this forum you will first need to sign up. Click register top right hand corner of this page. Remember that you do not have to use your real name.

Once registered, sign in with your username and password and return to the forum page.

To start your own topic

Click on the forum title that you feel would be most appropriate for your thoughts e.g Overcoming Problems

When you have done this click on New Topic (Top middle of page).

In the narrow box write the title of your topic. Underneath this is a large empty space to write the contents of your Topic.

Then scroll down and click "Post" Its as simple as that!

Please note: The, New Members Introduction forum is a place to introduce yourself only and has no replies. But your post will duplicate to My Journal where you can receive replies.

To read a topic

Click on the title of the topic and read. If this topic has more than one page, click the link that says Next page or choose the page that you wish to go to from the drop down.

To reply to a topic either:

A. Write in the “quick reply” box at the bottom of the screen of the topic you are reading and click “reply” OR

B. Click “post reply” at the top of the screen write your thoughts in the box provided and then click “post”. Option B gives more formatting options.

All replies will go to the last page of the topic thread.

To edit your text

Click on the orange pencil to the left of your text, edit your text and then click “update”
