Interested in Helping Us to Help You?

My name is Ian Semel and almost 5 years ago I attended a breakfast meeting in Brighton to explore the prospect of creating the first online helproom for anyone affected by problem gambling!

On November 5th 2004 www.gamblingtherapy.org was created and the rest is history, as they say!!

We rely on donations for the ever-improving service we offer to the hundreds of people who use our services, and with this in mind I was persuaded by my 17-year-old daughter to do a parachute jump from 10,000 feet on Thursday 28th February in aid of Gambling Therapy. My daughter was been brave enough to join me on the jump (see photos) and I am still appealing to all our users to please donate anything you can afford towards this great cause, as donations for this event can still be made until further notice.

To sponsor us, please go to www.justgiving.com/gha. All monies received will go towards running and improving Gambling Therapy.

In anticipation, Charlotte and I thank you on behalf of Gambling Therapy.

Warm regards,
Ian Semel (head of Gambling Therapy) and more importantly fellow sufferer and recovering compulsive gambler!!
